It is important to note that the Omega NC800 HDS is a horizontal juicer. This means that is it longer and wider than it is tall, taking up more bench space than a vertical juicer such as the Omega VRT350X Vertical Masticating Juicer.
However, there is a plus to having a horizontal juicer, if choosing to store it in a kitchen cabinet, it will usually fit with ease due to it not being as tall as it’s vertical counterpart.

The Omega NC800 HDS is a masticating juicer. In short, this means that the machine squeezes as much liquid as possible from your produce.
It has been my experience that masticating juicers produce far tastier juices and are generally less noisy than their centrifugal counterparts.
The juice from a masticating juicer is less likely to be ‘foamy’ and won’t separate, no matter how many different types of produce you place into your juicer to make the one juice.

Works best with:
The Omega NC800 works best with leafy green vegetables. With the added benefit of an adjustable end cap, this enables you to squeeze the maximum juice from your greens. Having said that, it works effectively with juicing other fruits and vegetables too.
Storing juice:
